Spinach & Artichoke Dip

1 pkg Knorr Vegetable Soup (dry mix)
1 pkg of frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 (14 ounce) can of artichoke hearts, drained
1 (8 ounce) container of sour cream
1 cup of mayonnaise
¼ tsp. fresh ground black pepper
1 round loaf of bread
Serve with:
vegetables, crackers or a sliced baguette

Thaw and squeeze the excess water from the spinach; squeeze the excess water from the artichokes and slice into pieces.  In a mixing bowl, combine the above ingredients and refrigerate overnight.  Hollow out the round loaf of bread to use as a serving bowl.  Serve with vegetables, crackers or a sliced baguette.  VoilĂ !

I consider this dip and a few glasses of wine as achieving my daily allowance of fruits and veggies but after overindulging in both, I decided to not pick up Gavin’s toys until the morning.  In a desperate need for water in the middle of the night I almost broke my neck on Thomas the Train who was left on the stairs.
One great thing about leaving the toys out is that you don’t need a burglar alarm.  I’d like to see a burglar dodge the gauntlet of toys in my living room without breaking his neck.  If he can make it safely around my house in the dark I’d say he can have whatever he likes.
